Newly Injured Resource Kit

A spinal cord injury or disorder is life-changing, and feeling overwhelmed is a completely natural response. It can feel as though your life has been turned upside down, and the future may seem very uncertain. Knowledge and community can provide the foundation for the beginning of a hopeful and strong recovery journey.

Our goal is to ensure every person with a new case of spinal cord injury/disorder admitted at a medical facility or rehab center in Northern California receives a NorCal SCI Newly Injured Resource Kit. (NIRK)
If the rehab facility does not provide a NIRK, contact NorCal SCI and we'll find a way to get a Care Package to you or your loved one. 

Dependent on the needs of the individual, successful fundraising has allowed NorCal SCI to expand the Care Package to include the following items: (Dependent on Need)
