New paratransit service in Santa Clara County is official

It's official. The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) has announced that Access Paratransit is the name of the new transportation service for individuals with disabilities who cannot use conventional public transit service.

This came as the previous contractor, Outreach, was forced to close following an FBI raid of their offices and the County's cancellation of their contract.
