Donating Medical Equipment

Thank you for your interest in donating your medical equipment please contact us via e-mail at dme@norcalsci.org and let us know what it is that you wish to donate and we can advise you of our ability to accept drop-off of your donation. We do not offer a pickup service.

We no longer accept basic walkers as we have many of them in our inventory at this time. We are also unable to take any hospital beds due to a lack of storage space, however, we can still advertise their availability if you agree to hold them until a suitable requester is identified.

Whenever our storage locker is at full capacity or if to is not practical for you to deliver the item to our storage location, we’re happy to advertise your donated items on our website, weekly newsletter and social media channels and if we’re successful in finding an interested party, we will put them in touch with you to arrange for a pick up of your donated equipment. If you wish to do that, email us pictures of each item (taken separately, not grouped) from different angles and a description for each item (brand, model age, working condition; if wheelchairs, we need the measurement of the seating area width by length by height of the back; or if cushions, we need the width and length of it), and the town the equipment is located in. E-mail all the details and pictures to dme@norcalsci.org.
