CIL Power On videos demonstrate comparisons of Assistive Technology devices

We were thrilled to learn that Berkeley-based Center for Independent Living has been producing some cool (and funny) comparison videos of assistive technology equipment for wheelchair-using members of the disabled community.

This FIRST VIDEO involves a comparison of two adaptive beach wheelchairs, Vipamat Hippocampe vs. Natural Access Beach Wheelchair.  The SECOND VIDEO is a comparison between the SmartDrive MX2 and Rio Mobility Firefly.

The high quality videos provide a great visual and description of the pros and cons of each type of device.  They've also injected a bit of humor into each video, trying to keep things a bit on the light side as well while keeping them to about five minutes in length.
