SCVMC Peer Support Program Thanksgiving Dinner RSVP due by Nov. 13

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center is hosting its free Peer Support Program Thanksgiving dinner on Thurs., Nov. 16th to recognize the Peer Support Program participants as well as welcome back past patients from the Spinal Cord Injury Rehab Center.  Your RSVP by Mon., Nov. 13th is requested by either calling (408) 885 2397 (Robert Medel) or by email at vmcpeersupport@scvmcrehab.org.

The dinner takes place between 6-8:30 p.m. and will be catered by the cafeteria staff with the rehab staff providing the desserts.  The cafeteria is located on the second floor of the Rehab Building at 751 S. Bascom Ave. in San Jose.
