1st Annual JaviStrong54 Foundation Golf Tournament

We just became aware of an upcoming fundraising event to support The JaviStrong54 Foundation.  We had a chance to meet Jake Javier and his family last year after an unfortunate diving accident left him with a spinal cord injury.  You can read all about him on his web site but, more importantly, a year after his injury, Jake is hosting a golf tournament on Monday, June 19th at the Blackhawk Country Club to raise money for his foundation that would then help other, newly-injured individuals.

  The Foundation is partnering with Ronnie Lott's non-profit foundation, All Stars Helping Kids.  Whether you golf or not, your support of this inspirational event is very much in need and appreciated.  You can go to their web site to sign up or contact Jake's mother, Isabelle, at (925) 209-1370.
