SCI Connections June 15 meeting to feature expert's presentation on IHSS

Ask anyone a question about In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and you're likely to get a dizzying response back but thanks to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center's June 15th SCI Connections meeting, SCVMC Rehab alumni and Disability Rights California attorney Angelica Galang should be able to answer the most challenging questions you may have.

Her presentation, “In-Home Support Services: How to get the help you need to remain safely in your home”, will start at 6:45 p.m. and will take place at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center’s Valley Specialty Center, Basement Conference Room, 751 S. Bascom Avenue, San Jose.  Free food and refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the presentation.  Also co-presenting will be Todd Higgins, Advocate and Leo Alfaro, Multicultural Affairs Advocate.
