LGO Foundation hosts busy stretch of community events

Fresh off of their appearance at the Accessibility Day this past weekend, LGO Foundation is continuing on with its presence at various community events for the next few weeks in order to spread the word of its mission.

On Thursday, Aug. 17th from 4-8 p.m., they will be at the Hayward Street Festival located on the stretch of B Street from Foothill Blvd. to Watkins St.

On Aug. 19-20 from noon to 6 p.m., they will be at the Oakland Art & Soul Festival held in downtown Oakland.

On Friday, Sept. 1st from 5-9:30 p.m., they will be at the Oakland First Fridays Festival on Telegraph Ave.

Finally, as a fundraising event to also celebrate the 30th birthday of LGO Founder, Arthur Renowitzky, a celebration will be held on Thursday, Sept. 21st from 7-10 p.m. at the Titan Auditorium at the Marina Community Center, 15301 Wicks Blvd. in San Leandro.  There will be music, entertainment, a silent auction/raffle, plus much more.  Admission is free.
