Catheter survey provides $25 gift card for user's feedback

Wellspect HealthCare, the makers of LoFric Intermittent Catheters, is offering a $25 gift card to better understand some of the concerns, problems, decisions, etc. with being an intermittent catheter user and living with a spinal cord injury.

The intent is to use this information to help improve their products and services. The survey involves a phone-based conversation of about 30 minutes with each person.
