One of our greatest fears has now been confirmed as it’s been determined that the disabled and elderly residents of Butte County made up the majority of those who died in last month’s Camp Fires, according to the Sacramento Bee. The fast-moving fire, which was torching a football field per second at times, caught all the support services unable to aid this vulnerable population.
