NorCal SCI to host major fundraising gala evening celebration on Oct. 13

Ever since we launched our fundraising efforts earlier this year, we knew that a component of that effort would include an evening celebration allowing us to share our work with a group of individuals who would be willing to further support our efforts through their generous financial contribution and we're thrilled to announce that on Sat., Oct. 13th at Bramble and Bier (part of the Jack Rose Libation House) in Los Gatos, NorCal SCI will host its first-ever gala evening celebration.

We have formed a committee tasked with hosting of what promises to be an evening that provides us with an opportunity to meet donors, community members, friends and family who have supported us through our journey as well as introducing some of the individuals that have been the beneficiary of such support.  The by-invitation-only event will have about 120 guests headlined by our friend and CEO of Valley Medical Center Foundation, Chris Wilder, who has generously agreed to be the emcee of this evening.

The funds we're hoping to raise during this evening will continue to support the various programs we have launched this year as we continue to work hard to further expand the number of individuals who can benefit from them.

Launching NorCal SCI has helped us develop a lot of new skills and we can now add party planning to that list.  However, as with all large parties, it's a lot of work and so, if you wish to help us by volunteering your time, we would welcome you.  Just let us know of your interest by e-mail at info@norcalsci.org.
