VIDEO: The 10-minute range of motion routine

During rehab, your physical therapist (hopefully) drilled into your head the importance of doing range of motion exercises, among other 5,000 things, as frequently as possible. Though some routines can be done without assistance (especially if a highly-functional quadriplegic or a paraplegic), there are some that can be done and applied more effectively with the assistance of a person.

Well, kudos to Placerville area resident, Amy Clare Morrison (C6-7) who took the time to put together a 10-minute range of motion video for your enjoyment. Now, before you start complaining, Amy does not appear to exhibit a lot of spasticity as we know a lot of you do, some fairly significantly and some not. Nevertheless, we were impressed with her routine and willingness to share it. So, enjoy her VIDEO.
