Berkeley SCI support group meeting guest to demo "Yoga in a Wheelchair" on Jan. 10

This month’s SCI Active Network Berkeley support group meeting will feature Adaptive Yoga instructor, Laura Nash on Thurs., Jan. 10th from 6-8:30 p.m. Laura worked previously as an SCI/TBI rehab tech and speech assistant at the renowned Craig Hospital in Colorado and will demonstrate how you can enjoy the many benefits of yoga while in a wheelchair.

Laura holds a yoga therapy certificate from the Niroga Institute of Oakland and specializes in vinyasa, mat work, restorative/tin and adaptive yoga for persons with mobility challenges, injury and trauma.
