Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) is offering free use of their gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the BORP Fitness Center (Suite 150 at the Ed Roberts Campus in Berkeley). You can get a nice workout by using a wide range of adaptive equipment including stationary hand cycle, recumbent foot cycle, rowing machines, hand weights, resistance bands and a scale for wheelchair users.

This program is being offered on an ongoing basis. The BORP staff suggests that you bring those exercises your PT/OT has asked you to work on. So, whether you have 30 minutes or 90, drop in and take advantage of the great facility BORP is offering.
