Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) announced that its popular seated exercise program, Move to the Beats, will continue with five more sessions. Move to the Beats is taught by AXIS Dance Company dancer, JanpiStar, who is a wheelchair user.  The class introduces easy-to-follow choreography from a seated position done to Latin & World music and the moves will be geared towards upper body and core strengthening, yet is open to anyone that wants to move to a beat.  You don’t need to be a workout geek to participate in this class, so put all your hesitation behind and sign up.  You can join using your power or manual wheelchair, regardless of your level of injury.  Non-wheelchair users or persons with non-SCI are also welcomed.
WHEN: From 5:30-6:30 pm. on DEC. 10, JAN. 7 & 14, FEB. 11 & 25
