We’ve reported several times this past year on the remarkable advances in the field of Epidural Stimulation to help with the return of some function in persons with spinal cord injury, especially in the last couple of months of 2018 when several studies advanced the idea further than it ever has. Walking-focused research has received a considerable amount of press coverage but what about all the other less obvious conditions associated?

Well, researchers have been making some great advancements using this approach to help with blood pressure control, bowel, bladder and sexual functions. You can read more about this work HERE.
