Free adaptive self-defense seminar offered on May 4 in South San Francisco

OK, so don’t think that you’re all of a sudden going to become the next Karate Kid, albeit in the wheelchair, but on Sat., May 4th, FightAbility and FullGrip CrossFit are collaborating on a 3-hour free seminar in South San Francisco on Adaptive Self Defense and Martial Arts.

This free seminar will provide an introduction to adaptive self defense as well as explore principles of adapting martial arts techniques for people with disabilities. It is open to people of all abilities and runs from 1-4 p.m. at the FullGrip CrossFit location at 1387 Lowrie Ave., South San Francisco.
