AUGUST 13: Last day to claim your free Google Home Mini

We know the recent roll-out of the free Google Home Mini promotion between the Reeve Foundation and Google has not been without confusion, headaches and frustrations for some but the reality is that tens of thousands have already been delivered and if you haven’t registered to receive one, the promotion ends on Tues., Aug. 13th. You can register for yours HERE. This is available to U.S. residents only.

A few pointers:

  • You can only register once with one e-mail address. If you attempt to register again with the same e-mail, you’ll get an error message.

  • Once you complete the registration, you should receive an e-mail within 24 hours in order to complete your request. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT HAVEN’T GOTTEN THE E-MAIL, FIRST CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If not there, SEND E-MAIL TO GoogleNest@ChristopherReeve.org. If after 24 hours from registering you have not gotten the e-mail from them in order to complete your order, send e-mail to that address again and they’ll help you but don’t wait. Register by the end of the day on Aug. 12 so they could get back to you in time.

  • Yes, they will ask for a credit card but it’s meant to validate a request — eliminating robots registering for the offer — and they should not charge your card. In fact, before you complete the process, you should see an itemized breakdown that shows the cost of a Mini FOLLOWED BY A CREDIT AMOUNT which would give a total cost of zero. If you DON’T SEE A ZERO TOTAL COST, DO NOT COMPLETE THE PROCESS OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED.

  • This is a legitimate offer. Devices should arrive within a week following completion of your order.

  • If any problems, send e-mail to: GoogleNest@ChristopherReeve.org
