Cupertino's De Anza College Adaptive Physical Education program has openings in Spring Quarter

The Adaptive Physical Education (APE) program at De Anza College is truly one of the best programs in all of Northern California as it offers a broad range of courses to meet the fitness needs of students with disabilities. With their Spring Quarter scheduled to begin on Mon., April 6th, we’re told several of their classes still have openings, so you better hop to it.

Their curriculum is designed to accommodate personal fitness goals through individual as well as appropriate group instruction. Classes are held on campus in a large dedicated gym or accessible pool, as well as offsite classes in the community.

Anyone with a disability can enroll as a De Anza college APE student. To learn more, visit their website HERE. You can also learn more about the individual courses offered HERE.
