Fresno County Virtual SCI Peer Support Meetup to debut April 29

We’re thrilled to be seeing members of the spinal cord injury community taking matters into their own hands by launching virtual peer support meetings since the COVID-19 pandemic pretty much put an end to all in-person gatherings. We’re especially proud of Fresno’s Mia Gonzalez, also a NorCal SCI Samurai, who is launching a Virtual SCI Meetup on Wed., April 29th from 6-7 p.m. to serve the entire SCI population in Fresno County.

The open format meetup is designed to allow those with SCI to stay connected virtually and is open to the families and care providers of those with SCI, creating an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions from each other.

To participate you’ll need a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. If your device does not have a camera/video feed, you can still join the meeting by dialing in.
