Important survey seeks air travel experience of passengers with disabilities

The Air Carrier Access Act prohibits disability-based discrimination in air travel but it is woefully in need of an update. United Spinal Association, Paralyzed Veterans of America and other organizations want policy makers to understand the current air travel experience of people with disabilities, including accessible bathrooms, better-trained airline staff to assist you, larger aisles, more communications access, and improved seating accommodations. In order to provide the type of meaningful and current feedback to the policymakers, if you have a disability, answer this 7-minute online survey about your experiences with commercial air travel. You may access the survey HERE.
