Dance for All Bodies (DfAB) is a non-profit that organizes dance classes designed for people with disabilities and over the past year, they’ve put together a incredible array of dance classes that you would be hard-pressed to find at very many places. They just released their calendar of classes taking place in March which you may sign up for and pay on whatever basis you wish and can afford (yes, you can enjoy the classes for free or help support the organization and the artists by purchasing tickets).

All of the classes are held via Zoom and you can learn about each of the various ones being offered and register HERE.
