Online survey seeks to study impact of physical activity and mental health in SCI population

A research project at the University of New Brunswick in Canada is seeking to better understand the relation between physical activity and mental health in people with a spinal cord injury, as well as investigate the barriers to exercise that this population faces. Participation involves completing an online questionnaire that takes approximately 30 minutes which also qualifies you to enter for a chance to win 1 of 5 $50 Amazon gift cards. And if you are really interested in learning the results of this study, you can ask for them to be sent to you once it has been completed.

The Psychology Dept. at the University is helping drive this study and they are seeking upwards of 140 participants with SCI which you can participate HERE.
