BORP to host a free "Sit Fit Outdoors" exercise class in Cupertino on May 8

The Bay Area Outreach and Recreation Program (BORP) is offering their Sit Fit Outdoors exercise class on Sat., May 8th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Cupertino, led by Nathan Perkins, a certified inclusive fitness instructor and former Paralympic athlete, where you will experience a combination of stretches, strength and cardio exercises all done in a seated position with or without weights. It’s free but you must register in advance HERE.

The class is typically 45-60 minutes long and is great for all levels of fitness and abilities. If you need an assistant to complete the exercises, they may join the class which will be held at the Cupertino Memorial Park Group Picnic Area, 21121 Stevens Creek Blvd. BORP will continue to offer these classes every Tuesday from 3-4 p.m.
