As a person with a disability, do you feel valued by the fitness industry? The Lakeshore Foundation and NCHPAD are interested in learning if disabled people feel welcomed in fitness spaces and are conducting a survey to help tell the story nationally and spark innovative change and opportunity around inclusive fitness. The survey is available in English or Spanish, is open to U.S. residents, age 18 or older that have a disability or chronic condition and should take about five minutes to complete which you can access HERE.
