SAVE THE DATE: BORP's SportsFest returns to Berkeley Oct. 23

Yes, you read the headline right. After taking last year off due to COVID-19, the Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) has announced that they will be holding SportsFest on Oct. 23rd, an event which includes Mark Wellman's awesome rock climbing wall, kayaking, fitness, cornhole, and more, all at their center in Aquatic Park, Berkeley. Though all activities will be held outside, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or recent negative test will be required.

All activities are fully adaptable and individuals with Spinal Cord Injuries are especially welcomed at this event, with free lunch served to every registered participant. Bring friends and family members as this is one of BORP’s signature events. Registration information will be coming soon.
