Brush Strokes of Hope: Women's Adaptive Painting & Meditation Class – Sacramento

Abled Acres and Roots of Hope are proud to present their upcoming in-person adaptive painting workshop, "Brush Strokes of Hope," happening soon in Sacramento! This special event is thoughtfully created for women with spinal cord injuries and physical disabilities, providing an accessible, supportive environment to connect, create, and experience mindfulness through art.

Join them for an inclusive guided acrylic painting class combined with gentle meditation exercises designed to nurture creativity and personal healing. All skill levels are welcome, and adaptive tools and accommodations are provided to ensure comfort and accessibility for everyone.

Abled Acres is grateful for the generous sponsorship and support of The Lionheart Community and Queens of SCI. Refreshments are kindly provided by Baked and Brewed in Auburn, CA.
