Research Participants Required for Innovative Bladder Management Solution

A team of researchers is trying to understand what people living with a spinal cord injury or other neurogenic bladder conditions think of a novel bladder management system they have designed. The team’s goal is to finalize a new bladder management option that might replace clean intermittent catheterization, condom catheters and suprapubic tubes.

They are seeking a second round of critical input from prospective end-users to understand how their device could be further improved. If you are a California San Francisco Bay area resident over the age of 18 and have a prior spinal cord injury, spina bifida or multiple sclerosis, they need your assistance. If eligible, you will be asked to participate in a non-invasive, in-person demonstration of the device in the San Jose area which would take approximately 60 minutes to complete. For those completing the study, a $100 Amazon gift card will be given as compensation.

To participate in this study, please contact the study coordinator via email (crmmedicaldevices@gmail.com) with your full name, e-mail address, phone number and the type of disability you have experienced.

You will then be contacted for a 5-minute study enrollment assessment to determine your eligibility.
