After Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation, NorCal SCI is acutely aware of the vastly differing experience many patients have with their continued recovery journey. Outpatient therapy plays a vital role in this journey and the purpose of this survey is to gather accurate information on your own experience which will help us understand the needs of the SCI Community so we can best focus our advocacy efforts and resources. The survey itself takes 2 minutes, please feel free to add as much detail as you like, the more comments and suggestions you make, the more information we will have.
