WORKERS COMPENSATION

Employers in California are required by law to carry workers compensation insurance policy. Any individual injured at work will not be claiming against their employer but rather against the employer’s workers comp insurance carrier.

The insurance carrier will be represented by attorneys and for such a complex process, many individuals retain the services of a specialized workers compensation attorney to represent their interests.
