Day on the Beach registration is coming soon

The annual Day on the Beach event presented by Shared Adventures is a month and a half away but the registration starts on Thursday, June 16th. This event is very popular, so you might want to mark it on your calendar. The foundational event of Shared Adventures will take place once again on July 16th at Cowell Beach in Santa Cruz. Over 200 sheets of plywood on frames will be constructed over the beach, enabling those with mobility issues to travel over the sand. Sign up for the chance to experience ocean sports, including kayaking, outrigger canoeing, SCUBA diving, and taking rides on beach wheelchairs. Entertainment will include music, games, and food, plus a few special surprises! This event is sure to be fun for the whole family! Day on the Beach is provided entirely for free due to the generosity of sponsors and volunteers.
