Navigating the ADA rules

The Americans with Disabilities Act was enacted in 1990 and while it has been a game-changing legislation, there continues to be much confusion over the interpretations of the hundreds of rules it covers. There is a comprehensive document that's available on the ADA Web Site that could help you better understand your rights as well as the legal obligations of businesses.  Look for the document under the Design Standards section of the site.
