The Dream Team Back Together

In early October, Joan, Wojtek and Joe met up as patients at The SCVMC Rehab Center and immediately hit it off. With determination and a can do attitude, not only did they encourage each other to make the most of their challenging situation but they also inspired the patients and staff around them. The Patterson Network catches up with them 6 months into their recovery.
