Spasticity survey seeks input from SCI community

Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Model System supports innovative projects and research in the delivery, demonstration, and evaluation of medical, rehabilitation, vocational and other services to meet the needs of individuals with SCI.  They're seeking input from the SCI community on spasticity, a condition almost universal among those with SCI that often brings unintended muscle contractions.

This questionnaire asks about your spinal cord injury, the qualities of your spasticity, and what things make your spasticity better or worse. Your answers will help understand how the qualities of spasticity influence the way it affects the daily lives of people with spinal cord injury. The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
