White Out party to raise funds for Char Vine's adapted vehicle purchase

Our friend, Char Vine, went through an extensive spine reconstruction and pelvic fusion surgery last December and though she has recouped nicely, it meant that she could no longer use her sedan car which required her to break down her wheelchair.  She must now get a ramp van which would make things far easier for her and enable her to get around independently.

To help pay for the expensive vehicle, she's scheduled a fundraising party, White Out, on Sat., Oct. 28th at Outer Aisle Venue in Murphys.  Char is seeking to raise $45,000 to help pay for the van and though she has already raised about $8,000, she needs to ramp up her fundraising efforts.

The party promises to be an amazing time for those participating.  A tasty, fresh farm-to fork dinner will be served by Outer Aisle Catering from 5-8 p.m.  Track 7 Brewing and Two Rivers Cider will be on tap and Boyle MacDonald Wines and Ayrael View will be pouring all night. There will be silent auction items coming in from sponsors all over the area that will make perfect holiday gifts to give.  The silent auction will be held 5-9 p.m. with smaller auctions and raffles throughout the night.  Freedom Fighta Sound will be spinning reggae music until 9 p.m. Then get ready to dance into the night to the live funked up music by Janktones. Char will be giving an inspiring presentation about her journey and will share about her future goals and there will be pumpkin decorating for the kids.

Tickets are $30 for dinner & music, $12 kids ages 7-12, kids under 7 free. You can also buy tickets at $15 for the music part of the evening. You must be 21 years old and up after 9 p.m.  You may purchase your tickets at the door or online at whiteout.brownpapertickets.com.  For more information, please contact Char at (209) 200-7153 or char@charvine.com.
