Berkeley/SF Spinal Network & Sonoma/Marin SCI support groups to hold holiday parties in Dec.

The Berkeley, San Francisco and the Sonoma/Marin  SCI Support Groups are holding their holiday parties this month with Berkeley's coming up this Thursday, Sonoma/Marin's on the 18th and SF's on the 28th.  This is a great opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones who have SCI.

Food and refreshments will be provided free of charge.  For the Berkeley/SF events, if you are a vegan or vegetarians, please e-mail Tom Shankle at tom@everydayabilities.org with your suggestions for food that would accommodate you.  Please RSVP so that enough food and refreshments will be available.  You can either use the Facebook page or e-mail tom@everydayabilities.org if you don't have a Facebook account.

The Sonoma/Marin will take place from 4-5:30 p.m. and will provide attendees with an opportunity to meet their fellow SCI survivors as well as enjoy some light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.  The group meets at the Clubhouse of the Azure Apartment Complex, 7 Indigo Drive, Petaluma. Call Stan ahead for directions and parking information at (860) 614-8351 or e-mail at stankosloski@gmail.com.

The Berkeley event will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Ed Roberts Campus located at 3075 Adeline St. in Berkeley and the San Francisco event at the Independent Living Resource Center of San Francisco, 825 Howard Street.  For more information, contact Tom Shankle at (415) 205-3882 or spinalnetwork@everydayabilities.org.
