In case you're not familiar with SPINALpedia, it is a social mentoring network and video archive that allows the spinal cord injury community to motivate each other with the knowledge and triumphs gained from our individual experiences.

It boasts of having over 7,800 user-generated video library -- think of it as a Youtube of spinal cord injury with content across a wide range of topics typically of interest to the SCI community.  Registered users can become contributors of their videos to this community.
