Travel workshop hosted by Cory Lee Woodard in Berkeley on Jan. 23

Acclaimed disabled traveler, Cory Lee Woodard, a wheelchair user due to spinal muscular atrophy, will be hosting "Travel The World" workshop on Tues., Jan. 23rd at the Ed Roberts Campus in Berkeley.

Cory has traveled across six continents and as an avid blogger on accessible travel since 2013, his "Curb Free Blog" was recognized as the winner of the 2017 Lowel Thomas award as the Best Travel Blog.  This year, on that same evening as his workshop, he will be one of the three recipients of the 2018 Ed Roberts award.  

During the workshop, held at 1 p.m., Cory will share stories from some of his accessible (and not so accessible) travel adventures as well as traveling tips.
