Uber rolls out new 15-minute pick-up service for wheelchair users in 6 cities

Providing equal access to ride sharing companies like Uber and Lyft is taking a very long time but some slow signs of progress are being made as Uber has announced the launch of a wheelchair-accessible service, pledging a 15-minute wait time across six cities this year as well as aiming to launch the service in San Francisco and Los Angeles in 2019.

Yes, it leaves every other city in the country out in the cold obviously and that speaks to the core of this challenge.
