Uber rolls out new 15-minute pick-up service for wheelchair users in 6 cities
Providing equal access to ride sharing companies like Uber and Lyft is taking a very long time but some slow signs of progress are being made as Uber has announced the launch of a wheelchair-accessible service, pledging a 15-minute wait time across six cities this year as well as aiming to launch the service in San Francisco and Los Angeles in 2019.
