United Spinal survey seeks input on struggles of accessible transportation

United Spinal is currently conducting research on individuals with disability and their experiences with transportation, particularly those who have struggled to gain access to accessible transportation. They are looking for several compelling stories to help mobilize around issues of vehicle accessibility and autonomous vehicles.

Any transportation challenge makes the argument that we need autonomous vehicles designed from the ground up for our community.  Opportunities for people include the following:

  • Participate as storyteller advocates / spokespeople who can speak from personal experience about accessible/inaccessible transportation

AND/OR:

  • Share our content on social media -- or even email -- with others who might be interested in our push for accessible transportation
