Berkeley Support Group's July 12 meeting to focus on SCI & nutrition

The Thurs., July 12th meeting of the Berkeley SCI Active Network will feature a talk by Dr. Peter Gerritz on the health benefits of mind-body medicine or a plant-based diet and the amazing resources that are available.  A Bay Area native, Dr. Gerritz is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician with Kaiser Permanente and has extensive experience in prescribing therapeutic exercise, use injections, and prescribe adaptive devices to treat patients of all ages.

The meeting is from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Ed Roberts Campus located at 3075 Adeline in Berkeley. Food & refreshments will be provided. For more information, contact Troy Plunkett at (707) 342-9458.
