SCI Connections to mark the end of summer with BBQ on Aug. 30

The Rehab dept. at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center will be hosting a BBQ to celebrate the end of summer as part of its Thursday, Aug. 30th SCI Connections meeting.

The event will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Courtyard of 1Rehab located on 1st floor of the old Rehabilitation Department which is located at 751 S. Bascom Ave. in San Jose.  Come and meet SCI peer supporters as well as staff from the Rehab Center and you may even run into an old friend.

The hospital encourages you to bring your family/friends but notify them of your attendance by Aug. 28th via e-mail at vmcpeersupport@scvmcrehab.org or by phone at (408) 885-2397 to ensure adequate supply of food.
