Dance For All Bodies is once again offering free adaptive dance classes in Berkeley whether you’re a wheelchair user or not. The classes are held at BORP’s Fitness Studio on Jan. 26th, Feb. 2nd and 9th and March 8th and 15th with all classes running from Noon-2 p.m.

The classes are led by Stephanie Bastos and feature mostly Brazilian rhythmic music, usually no lyrics. Classes are mostly a combination of creative choreography in groups of 2 or 3 guided by Stephanie’s directions.. The free classes are completely wheelchair accessible and all ages and body types are welcomed. The Ashby BART Station is right across the street, so you really have no excuse not to be there.

To attend either sessions, you must register in advance by e-mail to danceforallbodies@gmail.com or by calling (215) 370-3416.
