Stem Cell Agency, CIRM, to host March 14 "Patient Advocacy" Facebook Live session

The California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) will be hosting a Facebook Live session on Thurs., March 14th from noon to 1 p.m. PST for an “Ask the Stem Cell Team” event focusing on Patient Advocacy.

To watch the event, all you have to do is go to their Facebook page and click on “Events” and you’ll be able to watch, listen and even ask questions in real time. And if you are unable to join on the day, you can easily watch it on their Facebook page – in the “Videos” section - afterwards.

The panel of three guests includes David Higgins, CIRM Board Member and Patient Advocate for Parkinson’s disease, Adrienne Shapiro, Patient Advocate for Sickle Cell disease, and Gigi McMillan, Patient Advocate for brain cancer.
