Housing Accessibility Modification grants available for San Mateo County residents

The Center for Independence of Individuals with Disabilities has funding available for its Housing Accessibility Modification Program in San Mateo County. The program, free of cost to income qualified consumers, helps with the installation of grab bars, handrails, stair lifts, ramps and other miscellaneous modifications to make homes accessible and safe.
