Survey seeks wheelchair users' feedback on Uber/Lyft service
Virginia Tech University is conducting a survey seeking feedback from those who use wheelchairs or scooters who have experience with ride sharing companies, Uber or Lyft, as well as those who have not used their services as this study is interested in impressions, too. The purpose of this survey is to develop a greater understanding of the accessibility of their service hailed through Uber and Lyft apps from the perspective of wheelchair/scooter users.
You may qualify for this research if you use a wheelchair or scooter (at some point in the past, currently, occasionally, sometimes, full-time) and live in the U.S. Eligible participants will complete an online survey that takes less than 10 minutes for those without experience with Uber and Lyft and up to 15 minutes for those with experience. You will be entered into a drawing for three $50 gift cards from Amazon in appreciation of your time and effort upon completing the online survey. To take part in this online survey, click HERE.
