DeAnza College Winter Quarter Adapted Physical Education registration now open

Cupertino-based DeAnza College has a statewide reputation for having one of the best Adapted Physical Education (APE) programs around and despite the fact that in-person APE classes have not taken place since the onset of the pandemic, they continue to offer a robust selection of convenient live Zoom classes Mon.-thru Fri. or even on your own schedule. Among the classes they offer are Cardiovascular Training, Strength Development and Total Fitness featuring knowledgeable instructors who will adapt to your needs and help you reach fitness goals.

The Winter Quarter begins on Jan. 4th and the registration is now open. Classes are $84.08 for your first 12-week class, $31 for each additional class. You can learn more about their program HERE.
