Calling all disabled creatives! Backbones, a non-profit organization that helps people with spinal cord injury or disease (SCI/D) and their families connect with their communities, is hosting its second Virtual Open Mic on Wed., Dec. 30th at 5 p.m. PST and they are inviting performers to roll up and register for the event. Do you have a story to share or a song to sing? A dance number or a heartfelt poem? They want to hear from you. Of course, for those too shy to perform, but who want to watch a fun event, you’re also welcomed.

If you want to know how the first Open Mic went, you can watch the recording HERE. If you’re ready, here’s how you can participate. If you wish to be considered for a performance, register HERE. Once you do, a representative from Backbones would get in touch with you. If you want to just kick back and become an audience member, register for the event HERE.
