BORP's Fitness Center offers a wide variety of recreational and fitness programs

We can’t keep up with all the great programs the folks at BORP are offering at their Adaptive Fitness Center with many of them free. There is literally something for every individual, regardless of their disability and you are simply limited by your desire to take on some new challenges. Check out these activities:

— Boxing every Friday in March, 1 p.m. - 1:45 p.m., followed by Seated Boxing from 2 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Brain Body Fitness, Fridays 12-12:45 p.m., March through May.
Rumba with Tina dance class, Saturdays 10:15-11:15 a.m.

Sign-up for these classes on the Fitness Center Schedule and keep in mind that other classes like yoga, meditation and dance are also offered.

Habit Modification is a 5-week series of classes to help you change behaviors and develop new habits. (Pre-registration is required, contact ariel@borp.org).

All classes are free to veterans, thanks to a grant from Disabled Sports USA. Email ariel@borp.org for more information.
